Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the shoes in their original packaging and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
